People like to watch the otters play in the Grand Marais harbor. I’ve always liked otters… goes back to another childhood dream of mine.

Funny to see this. A few days after you married us, the ice broke up quite a bit and there were big expanses of water. As we watched the “icebergs” float past the cabin, we saw a little dark head with a nose poking out! He scampered up onto one of the ‘bergs and smoothly dove back into the water. He did this several times, it was great watching! These particular paintings really touched us. Yet another sign that we were meant to be connected in this life…how wonderful!
