Things are progressing slowly but steadily toward an early 2007 opening of TIMOUTH GALLERY. The new location will be directly behind (to the north of) the former Great Northern Gallery. I was inspired by Tom Christiansen’s “Cosmic Fish” chandelier, and did this painting today. It was actually an unfinished painting that has been hidden in my closet for 5 years or more.

I think it was about 20 years ago that my brother was talking about my mother dancing naked on the back of a turtle that was swimming through the universe. Something like that. I love listening to my brother talk, even though half the time I don’t know what he’s saying.
